Over his 16 years of experience, he led suits defending clients in major corporate and contractual conflicts, particularly suits of Distributors, Sales Representatives and other collaboration agreements. Experience

• Action for Termination of master franchise agreement between large companies in the food industry. The amount in dispute was worth BRL 37 million. We worked in this case as defendant’s lawyer, and demonstrated the contract has terminated for cause. Therefore, the case was dismissed and no contractual penalty was applied.
• Writ of Mandamus filed by UOL against the Organizing Committee of the Rio/2007 Pan American Games. The Judge awarded a favorable decision to our Client to allow their coverage of the sporting event.
• Suit for damages filed by Luiza Maria Mazzeo Martins and others against Elglobal Construtora Ltda. Our client Realiza was called to the case through the filing of a third party complay to implead Realiza. The case involves damages greater than BRL 10 million arising from the alleged breach of a multi-million dollar agreement for exchange and construction of residential condos in the City of São José dos Campos/SP. We reversed the decision that convicted the client. In addition, the court fully dismissed the secondary proceedings.
• We have been successful in the Special Appeal filed on behalf of our Client Daniele Banco against Hervaquímica regarding the validity of the clause providing for the fiduciary sale of family property given as guarantee of a loan agreement.
• Writ of Mandamus filed in on behalf of our Client Cabify against a regulation of the Municipality of Campinas, which established a public price for vehicles using our Client’s application in said area. We filed a petition for a Writ of Mandamus, which was granted. This became a leading case ruled favorably by the Special Panel of the Court of Justice of the State of São Paulo
