Background

• Studied engineering at Escola Politécnica of the University of São Paulo (USP).
• Graduated in Law from the School of Law at the Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC/SP).
• Masters degree (LL.M) from Northwestern University School of Law (Chicago).
• Master in Business Administration (CEAG) from the Business School of Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV/SP).

Represents companies in complex commercial litigation, class actions, investigations, corporate crises and other disputes. Substantial experience in the Brazilian Supreme Court, the Brazilian Superior Court (Superior Tribunal de Justiça), the Superior Labor Court (TST) and in the State Courts of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Mato Grosso do Sul and Minas Gerais.

His experience also includes acting as an expert witness before us district court – southern district of New York.

Elected one of the most respected lawyers in Brazil by the well-known “Análise Advocacia ranking”.

Recommended as one of the best litigators in Brazil by Who´s Who corporate Intl.

Former professor at the School of Law at the Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC/SP).
