Expert in strategies involving reorganization of companies with the purchase and sale of distressed assets.

Experience

• Worked in the most important court-supervised reorganization cases in the country, representing strategic creditors looking for the best way to receive their credits, whether by ensuring the debts were not subject to bankruptcy rules or through negotiatios of the creditor’s position within the judicial reorganization.
• Assistance to interested parties in the purchase of assets from companies undergoing judicial reorganization. Legal support in the analysis of assets and the reorganization plan, advising clients on risk analysis, presenting proposals and all necessary procedures for the acquisition of the assets.
• Work experience in complex corporate disputes involving the exclusion of a partner, removal of directors and inventory of assets. Strategy defined in a customized manner, depending on the client’s interests, always jointly with the adoption of extrajudicial measures that speed the achievement of results.
• Success in the suspension of restrictive measures granted against our client in an executive action based on a supply contract terminated for cause. We managed to rule out the multi-million execution, at its onset, without being required to post a bond.
• Strategic performance while challenging a decision issued by a regulatory body that required the collection of products from a customer throughout Brazil. Took legal measures in line with direct actions with the inspection agency successfully, preventing such products from being collected.
